Role Purpose
The Operations Executive-Skill Development will provide operational and administrative support for skill development, digital outreach, collateral review, registration, and admissions management. The role involves ensuring compliance of marketing collaterals with approved guidelines, maintaining live updates and documentation related to registrations and admissions, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and preparing accurate records and reports for operational tracking and review.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and approve digital marketing collaterals of skill development programmes and I3C to ensure compliance with approved branding guidelines, institutional norms, and communication standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely revisions and approvals of collaterals.
- Maintain records and trackers of all approved, pending, and revised marketing materials.
- Monitor and manage registration and admissions processes for ongoing programmes and outreach activities.
- Maintain live updates and status trackers for registrations, applications, admissions, and conversions.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely sharing and verification of registration and admission data.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all registration and admission-related activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and summaries related to outreach, registrations, admissions, and collateral approvals.
- Escalate discrepancies, delays, or non-compliance issues through appropriate internal channels.
- Manage I3C and associated websites, social media handles, and digital posts.
- Undertake any other responsibilities or assignments as assigned by I3C from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute (preference will be given to candidates with exposure to education or training environments).
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of computer applications, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Desired Experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, programme coordination, or academic support roles.
- Ability to manage WordPress websites, content writing and posting, and social media handles.
