Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts and finance operations, including:

• Processing and maintaining accounting records and vouchers.
• Verification and compilation of invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Assisting in payment processing and banking-related activities.
• Maintaining records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and financial records.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Maintaining project-wise and program-wise financial documentation.
• Assisting in preparation of financial reports and MIS.
• Any other accounts, finance, or administrative work assigned from time to time.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Desirable Qualifications

• M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualifications.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, audit, taxation, or related functions.
• Experience in educational institutions, incubators, startups, government projects, NGOs, or Section 8 companies will be preferred.

Consolidated Remuneration

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Nature of Appointment

Full-time contractual position, initially for one year, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.
