Mentoring Clinics

Guiding Ideas to Impact

About the Program

Aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs often struggle to access relevant, high-quality mentorship at the right time. Without the right guidance, many promising ideas fail to progress into viable ventures. At the Institute Incubation and Innovation Council (I3C) – IIT Jammu, we aim to bridge this gap through a structured mentoring platform that connects innovators to the right experts.

Objective

The I3C Mentoring Clinic will act as a single-window platform for entrepreneurs to raise their queries and be matched with mentors who can provide targeted, actionable advice.

Target Audience

  1. Aspiring entrepreneurs (idea stage)
  2. Early-stage founders/startups
  3. Students with innovative projects
  4. MSMEs seeking innovation guidance

Process Flow

  1. Query Submission – Entrepreneurs fill out a Google Form embedded on the I3C website, detailing their idea, current challenges, and the type of support needed.

  3. Mentoring Session – Initial mentoring session(s) are scheduled (online or offline) based on mentor availability.
  4. Follow-up Support – Additional sessions or resources are arranged as needed to track progress and provide continued guidance.
